Details so far: "At this stage our planning is as follows. The Rally will start on Friday PM 20/3/20 with group activities through to Monday AM. These include a Navigation Rally, Driving skills, time at our Clubrooms, visit to our local market and city shops and judging for awards of other trophies. Members will book their own accommodation, a listing of options will be forwarded with Application forms. A dinner and one evening meal will be catered as part of the inclusive costing which we hope to be around $200. Two breakfasts, one lunch and one evening meal will be at own cost.
At the conclusion on the 23rd an optional, individual sightseeing itinerary will be available for visitors who wish to explore some of the three National Parks within a two hour drive of Nelson and tourist features of the 'Top of the South'. This will be a self choice for the type of features you are interested in. I'll send, around the time of the Application form, a listing of webpages setting out each destination and activity available, adjacent accommodation and try to answer any questions you may have.
